I’d like to know if that’s the MAC fast response eye cream in the picture and if you like it.
Hi Evelynn, no it’s not, I haven’t actually used that product sorry! For puffiness I use Origins De-Puffery or Clinique’s All About Eyes roller pen, and for smoothing out the eye area, I swear by Dermalogica’s Multivitamin Power Firm.

It’s because I have really dark circles by the way. Really blue-purple, almost black-ish. Any tips on that? I always look so tired
I use concealers and an eye cream but I haven’t found any ones that are good enough yet.

That was a huge makeup bag you got there! But I was curious.. I cannot see any NARS product in there. Dont you use them in your work while doing makeup on others?
I’m a big fan of NARS and I sometimes wonders why some makeup artist seldom use them though they are of a great quality and such.

I do have a few NARS products in my kit, the photo’s from this shoot actually only show a very small percentage of the make up in my kit, but we couldn’t fit everything in!
Have you been checked for Anaemia? Dark circles can be a sign of an iron deficiency. however some people are just naturally more prone to dark circles than others, it usually runs in families.
Smoking and excess salt in the diet also make dark circles worse. Studies have shown that a topical Vitamin K cream can be effective in reducing dark circles, and vitamin C helps to strengthen blood vessel walls. A diet rich in antioxidants will also help.
In terms of coverage, Supercover does a great range of oil based concealers that can be used alone, or mixed together to get the right shade, and I find they are brilliant at concealing even the darkest of tones under the eye.
